At Out of the Blue Marine Sales, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 2PM CST will be processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. Estimated options include:
- Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days]
- Express Shipping: [2–3 business days]
- Overnight Shipping: [1 business day]
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for these additional charges.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email, or through your account on our store.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier after dispatch.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
