At Out of the Blue Marine Sales, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2PM CST will be processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. Estimated options include:

  • Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days] 
  • Express Shipping: [2–3 business days] 
  • Overnight Shipping: [1 business day]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to: North America


4. International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Customers are responsible for these additional charges.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email, or through your account on our store.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier after dispatch.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
